Can you believe we’ve never become the boys from Rockford?  That ends now.  Join us on this Wednesday, April 17th at Martyrs’ for 2 shows, as Tributosaurus becomes Cheap Trick. One of the biggest bands ever out of Illinois, it’s about time we delved into the shredding guitar, the propulsive drums, and those soaring and powerful vocals.  You’ll hear some early cult classics, the huge Live at Budokan hits that broke them big, and some of the “comeback” era radio standards too. Cheap Trick’s influence is loudly and clearly evident; from power pop to heavy metal, in 90’s alternative and modern day art rock.  Hear all of that with us on this Wednesday.  Guests will include Steve Frisbie for those Robin Zander vocals, Mike Aquino on guitar, Ed Breckenfeld on drums, and Miles Nielsen on gtrs an vox.  Miles is, yes, Rick's son, and a tremendous player and songwriter in his own right.
